Dear all students,
As I informed you in my previous email, we are going through a difficult time period using a set of special arrangements (this is very different from how we normally run the university).
We, as the administration and academic staff, have already made suitable arrangements to run the academic program smoothly. But even yesterday night, we observed that some groups of students try to create unnecessary issues by entering into activities beyond their studentship. Therefore, I kindly request that you please stick with the academic program in this context and, when the lectures are over, leave the university premises as soon as possible for hostels and other accommodation facilities.
Also note that:
- If an electrical switch is OFF, students should not turn it ON without prior consent from a responsible person.
- If a water line is OFF, students should not turn it ON without prior consent from a responsible person.
- If a door is closed, students should not open it without prior consent from a responsible person.
These may be closed or turned OFF due to a valid reason. So do not interfere with our plan in an ad hoc manner. We have four main systems to run.
- Electricity supply
- Water supply
- Internet services
- Academic Program
If anyone or any group of students can take full responsibility for any of the above, we will make arrangements to hand it over to them for proper running if they think that they can run it better than us.
So, if there is an issue, please inform us or discuss it with us without confronting security or other staff members. Please play your primary role as a student and delay your other roles until the non-academic strike is over.
If this becomes uncontrollable within the resources we have, we will take steps to send relavent batches home.
Consider this my final notice.
