Notice: Internship Viva-II
4000 Level Students
The Internship Viva-II is scheduled to be held during the week starting from 18th March
2024. The time slots will be communicated to you by the respective department in the
due course.
You are required to,
• Enter all internship records into the IMIS on or before 15th March 2024.
• Participate in the viva physically, and it is compulsory to hand over certified
hardcopies (up-to-date and organized) of your all internship records which you have
uploaded to the IMIS and the on-site supervisor evaluation sheet to the viva panel.
Make sure that the signature and official seal of the on-site supervisor is placed on
these documents.
• Make a concise presentation, during the viva, summarizing your internship
experience, highlighting key projects, achievements, and any significant contributions
you made during your internship (10 minutes). There will be a Q&A session afterward
(5-minute).
• Dress in professional attire for the viva.
